Food-for-thought
Mr Michael Choy must be feeling very humiliated now. Unfortunately I feel for him right now, and I feel very remorseful over the words I've spoken about him just a few minutes ago from this post.
Mr Michael Choy, a scorer of 9 A1s for O Levels and 4 straight A's for his A levels, further obtaining a scholarship, is a motivational speaker and has opened his own company.
Our school had two talks today - One by Mr. Reynolds from TPJC and Mr Michael Choy. The first talk was about English and a little boring, however the 2nd one was about breaking what's preventing you from succeeding etc
Well, Mr Michael Choy is quite geek-looking, getting constantly insulted upon by the students for everything he does and says.
He had been bullied since he was a kid and he said that a bully in his bus once broke his zipper that he had to tuck out his tee and hold his pants to prevent it from falling.
Like I said in my various posts before, these people are a menace to society. The bullies, I mean. Everyone has gone through a situation of being bullied before and this is one such situation.
I digress. However, I was one of those students there insulting him, not knowing his true intentions. And when he said "he loved us students", I had a mixture of feelings, more of a feeling of shame then one of being cynical or sarcastic.
When I went back, I felt really sorry for my actions. I mean, he's suffered enough in his childhood, and here I am being cynical towards him.
Well I'm full of remorse now. Forgive me LORD for not being a good testimony.
